Sharone Stern, DPM, is a skilled and accomplished podiatrist specializing in general podiatry, podiatric surgery, and diabetic foot care. He brings over 25 years of experience to his patients at North Shore Foot & Ankle in Syosset, New York.
Dr. Stern shows his dedication to his patients by carefully creating customized therapeutic plans that allow them to enjoy a positive and fulfilling lifestyle. He always takes the time to explain conditions and treatment options, and answer questions, so his patients can make informed choices about their foot care.
Dr. Stern received his medical degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in New York City. He then headed to the Midwest to complete his residency at one of the world’s finest podiatric medicine and surgery training centers, Kern Hospital for Special Surgery in Warren, Michigan. He has also completed advanced training in diabetic foot care, reconstructive surgery, and limb salvage.
Dr. Stern is active in the medical community as a member of the American Diabetes Association, the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American Professional Wound Care Association.
